Our machine, produced under the BANDEL brand, has been designed using techniques applied for the first time in the world after a two-year R&D process and is protected by patent. With automatic hole punching capability, the machine can process an average of 3600 holes per hour (1 hole per second) and can precisely handle all kinds of hole shapes such as circles, squares, triangles, and stars.

Thanks to its computer-controlled structure, the process is fully automatic regardless of the hole pattern. Moreover, even on Kevlar-reinforced belts where punching is challenging, we guarantee burr-free hole punching with our special punching die.

Compared to current laser and press mold methods, BANDEL offers faster, cost-effective, and cleaner results, and is the first of its kind in the world.
